Our makeup brushes are 100% hand-made by skilled artisan workers who have been thoroughly trained in the cosmetic brush industry. We do not manufacture these via automated machines. Creating just a single brush requires at least 30 meticulous production steps.

Bristles / Brush Head: We utilize either fine natural animal hair or soft synthetic Taklon fibers. Natural hairs excel with dry powders and eyeshadows by picking up pigments smoothly. Synthetic fibers work beautifully with liquid foundation or cream products. A mix of fine goat hair and Taklon is selected for our premium brush sets to achieve ultimate comfort.

The Ferrule: The brass or aluminum ferrule holds the bristles in place. Each bundle of hair is manually selected, shaped, and trimmed by a brush artist before being carefully inserted into the polished metal tube. Durable brass and refined hair produce a perfect balance of utility and elegance.

The Handle: Handles are crafted from wood, metal, bamboo, or specialized resins depending on requirements. Wooden handles undergo a 7-stage coating process followed by hot stamping for branding. An advanced crimping procedure firmly bonds the handle and polished ferrule together before final QC inspections.
