Can I get the samples?
Yes. We can provide 1-2 samples for free, but freight collect.
How can I get some samples?
You can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT etc. to have the samples collected, or inform us of your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
What is MOQ?
The MOQ is 500KG. We can do it below MOQ, but the price will be increased. There are discounts available for large orders.
Can you provide OEM for me?
Yes, you just send your samples to us, and after checking, we will provide OEM services for you.
How are the filaments packed?
We can provide the standard carton packing.
What is the delivery time?
Usually within 10 days.
